The interest rates range from 11% to 15% per year, depending on the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. For an LTV of 20%, the interest rate is 11%. At 50% LTV, the rate increases to 13%, and at 70% LTV, the rate is 15%.
Our repayment terms are flexible and designed to suit your needs. Each crypto-backed loan comes with clear and transparent terms provided upfront, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. In general, you pay interest on a monthly basis, with the principal due as a lump sum at the end of the loan term. However, if you prefer to repay the principal in monthly installments, that option is also available.
To repay a loan, log in to your FinForta account, locate the loan under "My Investments" or "Loan Overview", check the repayment terms, make the transfer via bank transfer or cryptocurrency wallet using the provided details, include the reference code, and monitor your account to verify the repayment has been processed.
