Who can apply for a loan?

How long does it take to process an application?

First, you need to register and complete verification, which takes only a few minutes. Once verified, you can transfer fiat (EUR or USD) if you choose to earn through projects. Once we receive your funds we process your request within 10 minutes.

How do I apply for a loan?

Is there a minimum or maximum limit to start earning with FinForta?

The minimum amount is €100, and there is no maximum limit.

Is there a minimum or maximum limit for loans?

For individual clients: The minimum amount is €100, and the maximum is €2 800. For business clients: The minimum amount is €500, with no maximum limit.

Can I apply for multiple loans at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for multiple loans simultaneously.

Can I use my earning claims as collateral for a loan?

Yes, you can use your e-commerce claim as collateral, but this option is only available for Fixed Earn Projects.

What are the repayment options for e-commerce loans?

Our repayment terms are flexible and designed to suit your needs. Each E-commerce loan comes with clear and transparent terms provided upfront, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. In general, you pay interest on a monthly basis, with the principal due as a lump sum at the end of the loan term. However, if you prefer to repay the principal in monthly installments, that option is also available.

What happens if I can't maintain the required Loan-to-Value ratio?

You are required to maintain a Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio of 70%. Please check it carefully. If your LTV ratio reaches 80%, you will receive a notice prompting you to take action, such as adding more collateral or repaying part of the loan. If the LTV reaches 90%, your loan will be closed, and your collateral will be liquidated.

What types of assets can be used as collateral?

We accept EUR-denominated assets and e-commerce loan claims as collateral.

How is the value of my collateral determined?

The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio determines the percentage of your asset's value that you can borrow. Example: If the LTV is 50% and your collateral is worth €1 000, you can borrow up to €500.

What happens if the value of my collateral drops?

If your collateral value drops, we will notify you with a prompt alert. You’ll be asked to either add more collateral or repay part of the loan to maintain the required Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. If no action is taken in response to the warnings, we may liquidate part or all of your collateral to cover the loan repayment.

How does FinForta secure my assets?

We prioritize the security of your assets, stored in secure accounts under strict EU regulations.

What happens if my LTV ratio approaches a critical point?

If your Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio rises to 85%, we will notify you promptly so you can take action to manage your risk. This may involve repaying part of the loan, adding more collateral, or fully discharging the loan.

What is the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio?

The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio represents the percentage of the loan amount compared to the value of the collateral. Different e-commerce loan funds may have different LTV ratios, so please check our platform for specific details. Example: Got €10 000 in e-commerce? With a 70% LTV, we’ll instantly unlock €7 000 for you. Simple as that.

Are there any penalties for early loan repayment?

No, FinForta does not charge any fees or penalties for early loan repayment. You are free to pay off your loan at any time without any additional costs.

What happens if I miss a repayment?

If you miss a repayment, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Our goal is to work with you to find a solution and avoid the liquidation of your collateral whenever possible.

How does FinForta calculate interest rates?

The annual interest rates range from 11% to 15% per year, depending on the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. For an LTV of 20%, the interest rate is 11%. At 50% LTV, the rate increases to 13%, and at 70% LTV, the rate is 15%.

Can I increase or decrease my loan amount after approval?

You can accelerate loan repayment at any time. Increasing your borrowing is also possible, provided your collateral value supports the additional amount.

How can I monitor my loan status?

You can monitor your loan status directly in your FinForta account.

What happens if value of my collateral increases significantly?

Nothing changes. The terms and conditions remain the same as when you initially borrowed.

Is it possible to refinance or extend my loan term?

No, FinForta does not offer the option to refinance or extend loan terms.

Can I use multiple asset types as collateral for one loan?

No, FinForta does not support using multiple different asset types as collateral for a single loan.

Can I pay off my loan using a different currency?

The loan you receive in fiat (e.g., EUR) must be repaid in fiat.

Will FinForta support additional asset types in the future?

In 2025, we plan to add additional asset types and collateral options.

If a client has used our services (e.g., borrowed or invested) but is no longer active, after how long are we required to close their account?

The account closure period depends on regulatory requirements and our internal policies regarding data retention and client identification. While Czech regulations do not specify an exact timeframe for account closure, our company's internal policy is to consider an account inactive after 1 year (12 months) of no activity. Even if an account is considered inactive, we must retain client data and transaction records for at least 5 years to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations. Therefore, the decision to close an inactive client's account is based on internal policies that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

How to join the Refer A Friend program?

When you register with FinForta, you automatically get a unique referral code that you can share with anyone. Every user that shares their code successfully, automatically becomes eligible for the referral program bonus.

Who can I invite?

You can invite people you know who are at least 18 years old and don't have a FinForta account yet. There's no limit to the number of people you can refer.

How does the bonus work?

Once your referred friend has verified their account on FinForta and deposited a minimum of 100 EUR into our project(s), you will receive a 20 EUR bonus in your FinForta account within 30 days.

What earning options does FinForta offer?

What are earning risks?

When the interest starts accruing?

Interest payments are calculated from the day you start earn, unless stated otherwise in the terms.

What happens to my funds if Finforta goes bankrupt?

In the unlikely event of FinForta's default, all client assets are securely held in segregated accounts. An independent administrator would be appointed, and clients could withdraw assets directly.

Withdrawals and Transactions
How can I deposit funds?

In your FinForta account, the Funding section allows you to deposit money in EUR. For bank transfers, click Deposit in EUR to view the details.

How can I add money to my account?

You can add funds to your account via bank transfer. Log in to your profile, click the "ADD FUNDS" button, copy the bank transfer details, and make the transfer from your bank account. Include the reference information and ensure the transfer is from an account in your name.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and payment service providers such as Revolut, Wise, Paysera, and others. Please note that FinForta only accepts SEPA payments. Select a "regular" payment method rather than an "instant payment" or "international payment" to avoid processing issues.

I made the bank transfer, but why isn't the money shown in my FinForta account?

Once your money is transferred to the FinForta bank account, it will automatically appear in your FinForta profile. This process may take anywhere from a few hours to up to 2 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

How can I change my bank account?

To change your bank account, simply send at least €1 from your new account to FinForta. Once the transfer is processed, your IBAN will be automatically updated.

How to repay a loan?

To repay a loan, log in to your FinForta account, locate the loan under "My Investments" or "Loan Overview", check the repayment terms, make the transfer via bank transfer or e-commerce loan fund wallet using the provided details, include the reference code, and monitor your account to verify the repayment has been processed.

Can I withdraw my money from the earning at any time?

It depends on the plan you choose: Fixed Plan: You can withdraw funds only after the selected plan's duration has ended. Dynamic Plan: After 7 days, you can stop earning and withdraw anytime.

Is it possible to deposit and withdraw money via Wise?

Yes, we accept deposits via Wise. However, we cannot process withdrawals to a Wise account. To withdraw money, you must provide a bank account with an IBAN number.

Why was my payment not accepted?

Your payment may not be accepted if it does not comply with our payment policy. Please review the guidelines and ensure that you have selected the correct payment method.

What happens if my LTV ratio approaches a critical point?

If your Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio rises to 85%, we will notify you promptly so you can take action to manage your risk. This may involve repaying part of the loan, adding more collateral, or fully discharging the loan.

Does FinForta use 2FA, and what is it?

Yes, FinForta uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2FA is a security process that requires users to provide two different forms of identification to verify their identity, ensuring enhanced account protection.

How do I set up 2FA for my account?

Access Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Go to your FinForta profile, click on Account, and select Two-Factor Authentication. You will see that 2FA is currently disabled for your profile. 1. Install Authenticator: Download and install an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) on your phone. Open the app and follow the steps below: Enter the provided code into the authenticator app, or Scan the displayed QR code using the app. 2. Link Your Account: Once the QR code is scanned, FinForta will appear in the authenticator app. Tap on it to view the generated 6-digit code. 3. Complete the Setup: Return to FinForta’s Two-Factor Authentication page. Enter the 6-digit code into the designated field and click Submit. Once completed, 2FA will be enabled for your profile.

How can I change my contact information?

To update your account information, please contact us at support@finforta.com. Provide both your current and new details, along with the reason for the change, and our team will assist you with the update.

How do I stop receiving marketing emails?

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, either disable this option in your profile or use the unsubscribe link in our email.

How can I close my account?
